David Forlano


David Forlano is a versatile multi-media artist/composer with a range of skills in acoustic and electronic music. He has studied guitar with Robert Fripp (1990-92) and the Indian tabla with Lenny Seidman. He has been composing, recording, and playing live music for film, performance art, and dance since 1991. His many credits include music/sound for choreographers Roko Kawai, Leah Stein, Leslie Dworkin, and Kent DeSpain; filmmaker Bryan Root; and theater directors Kevin Johnson and Mark Lord.

Mr. Forlano's independent works include Paper, Light, Sound, Late October, and Footprint/Songline--performances with fully-integrated music, movement, and visual elements.
